loud musicrough towels
I must say, there was one thing that really bothered me. It really wasn't the best way to start the day. also, the towels in the bathroom felt a little rough. They weren't as soft as i would expect from a hotel like that. the rooftop pool also closes early. this is something i was not expecting.

The outdated bathroom fixtures were visibly dirty I was disappointed to see such poor maintenance. The minibar charge was rounded up without offering change this seemed unprofessional. The staff's constant solicitation of tips felt out of place it made simple interactions uncomfortable. I have visited many hotels but this was worst one so far. The rooms were very old and not very clean.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Carlos and Saber deserve special recognition for their excellent service. Abeer and Raneem, the Ladies in Red, also provided hospitable and polite service. The kindness. The team genuinely cares for your comfort.
The minibar charge was slightly off at checkout.

The hotel had a great location not too far from the city center, overlooking the Nile. The spa area included a Klöckner sauna, a steam sauna, and a jacuzzi.

The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly. The Ladies in Red follow up on the totality of your stay and comfort. All staff members smile at the guests, which is an additional bonus.

My room was upgraded. The room was clean and big enough. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided reasonably priced room service, and the portions are large.
