loud music rough towels
I must say, there was one thing that really bothered me. every morning, the elevator music was SO LOUD. It really wasn't the best way to start the day. also, the towels in the bathroom felt a little rough. They weren't as soft as i would expect from a hotel like that. the rooftop pool also closes early. this is something i was not expecting.

dirty fixtures excessive tipping
The outdated bathroom fixtures were visibly dirty I was disappointed to see such poor maintenance. The minibar charge was rounded up without offering change this seemed unprofessional. The staff's constant solicitation of tips felt out of place it made simple interactions uncomfortable. I have visited many hotels but this was worst one so far. The rooms were very old and not very clean.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Carlos and Saber deserve special recognition for their excellent service. Abeer and Raneem, the Ladies in Red, also provided hospitable and polite service. The kindness. The team genuinely cares for your comfort.
